Recently it came to my attention that it was time to invest in a new pair of specs.
Without hesitation I knew exactly where I was going to get a pair that was both fashionable and affordable.
About a year ago I trialled out a few pairs of Sneaking Duck (see post here). After a week of playing with the glasses I was leaning towards the "Tortuga" but I just could not decide exactly on which pair I wanted. A year on, I have FINALLY made my decision and settled on my initial love for the "Tortuga" - and lucky for me they also happened to be 50% off!
Having decided on the style I wanted, I rushed off to my local optometrist to find my prescription (turned out I hadn't had my eyes checked in 5 years.. oops) and plugged in the numbers I was given into the Sneaking Duck website as I proceeded to check out with my new specs in tow.
3 days later my beautiful new specs arrived but alas being the nong that I am, it seemed I had entered my prescription wrong. The fantastic team at Sneaking Duck immediately rushed a courier over to pick up my glasses and two days later they were back in my arms with the correct prescription.
I'm going to admit, I have always hated wearing my glasses. Most people don't even know I have to wear glasses but ever since my Sneaking Duck specs have arrived, I haven't taken them off.
These glasses couldn't have come at a better time in my life now that I've adopted a new way to approach my life.
