love it loud, stereosonic!

Yesterday I headed down to Stereosonic for a day of dancing and music. Now, I'm not sure if you have noticed but pink really isn't my thing, nor is bright, bold colours. For those who know me, I can be quite a quiet person (that is, until I've had a drink...or 10...) so bright, bold, "look-at-me" clothing frightens me sometimes BUT, I decided if I wanted to try something bright and bold what better place than Stereosonic where I'd be eclipsed by everyone else's neon, but mostly, topless-ness.

When I spotted this Love It Loud dress I was in love with the cut-out back (please excuse the bra, I'm inbetween houses and this was the only thing other than black I could wear). It was perfect for yesterday which ended up being an absolute scorcher as the open back took all the breeze it could, and as it wasn't tapered to my body you couldn't see the sweat (disgusting, but you know what that's like!). I knew, despite the extreme heat, that it was going to cool down in the evening so I slapped on this cute vintage looking Black Dust jacket. This jacket, or more the material, reminds me of something from the 80s or 90s and I love that, a bit of nostalgia.
