When Zara first opened I had no interest in joining the hype. Even after the hype died down it took me several months before I first step foot into the Zara on Pitt St in Sydney. The first two visits were fatally disappointing however on the third (my life really does adopt the 'third time lucky' mentality) I spotted this cute dress right off the bat. [Read my previous post on this dress here] I loved the cute shape and when I turned the dress around I fell more in love with it, and understandably so!
I decided this dress was perfect for the Mimco event I attended last week [Read Mimco post here]. Although it wasn't really weather appropriate (look at how damp Sydney's Pitt St was!) I decided it was still an acceptable outfit to wear. I love these stockings (available at my eBoutique) not only because they're floral, but because my foot tattoo looks like it's part of the design...sort of. It's definitely a good way of disguising my foot tattoo when I'm out with conservative family friends.

I love this dress on you! And I was admiring your tattoo at the high tea yesterday, and gosh you're right about the stocking hiding/accentuating your tattoo... very pretty!

I understand the lack of enthusiasm for Zara -- it wasn't until I discovered Zara Home in Turkey that I made my first purchase.
